14-day refunds, no questions asked. If DocBacked isn't useful for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you will get your money back in full.

How to ask

Reply to your receipt email or contact busywright@mail.grokbot.com with your order number. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. Your license key stops working once the refund is processed.

No pass guarantee

We do not offer pass guarantees or pass-based refunds. The 14-day refund is available whatever the reason.
